With graduation season right around the corner, celebrate the graduates in your life with colorful caps. This crafting activity is perfect to add a pop of color to graduation parties or celebrations of any milestone!

Graduation Cap Goodie Bag

The year has been filled with lots of good days, and some bad, days filled with learning and surprises. To show your students just how special their year was, these vibrant are just the thing. Sending your students off in style, couldn't be easier with this four step project. Here's what you'll need to get started:

  • Color Paper 
  • Colored Cardstock for Headbands
  • Tags and Hat Patterns Downloadable Template
  • Scissors
  • Stapler
  • Tape
  • Bag (choose any color paper bag)
  • Goodies and Treats
  • Steps:

    1. Trace the pattern and cut out the hats and tags.
    2. Cut a strip of the cardstock in half and staple together to make a headband.
    3. Glue or staple the hats to the headbands.
    4. Decorate the hats and tags for added cuteness!
    5. Adhere to additional hats and special messages to bag
    6. Fill bag with goodies and treats!

    Queue the graduation music, hand out a few end-of-year treats or goodies, and your students will feel accomplished, ready to enjoy Summer and, most importantly, ready to tackle the next school year.
